What platform do we use for lessons?

We can do lessons on all major video-conferencing platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp but advise using Zoom or Google Meet because they offer "Original Sound for Musicians" mode, which prevents the app from cutting out your instrument's audio.

Do I need a fancy microphone or camera?

Not necessarily! Most modern laptops and tablets are sufficient. However, for the best experience, a stable internet connection and a quiet room are essential. If you’re a bass player, we recommend wearing headphones so you can hear the low-end frequencies clearly!

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate, as that slot is reserved specifically for you.

Can I learn more than one instrument?

Absolutely! Many students split their time—for example, 45 minutes of bass and 15 minutes of music theory, or alternating guitar and ukulele weeks. We can customise a plan that fits your goals.
